Room rates quoted below:

	Double accommodation from R380 per person sharing which includes a spacious separate lounge, private patio or balcony and own entrance.
	Single accommodation from R480 per night in the apartments. Single Garden unit accommodation R350 per night
	Children up to the age of 12 are half price.
	Extra beds available if required.
	Traditional breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread, muffins or full English breakfast with a different menu each day. Tea, coffee, toast and fruit juice. This delicious homemade breakfast is included.

Cancellation on day of arrival: Liable for 100% of booking
1-2 days notice Liable for 50% of booking
3-7 days notice Liable for 25% of booking
8 days or more notice 10% handling fee will be levied
